Brown Fused Alumina Refractory
Brown fused alumina is produced by smelting high-quality bauxite, with anthracite and iron filings as auxiliary materials, in an electric arc furnace. Also known as carborundum, its excellent dimensional stability and thermal shock resistance enable it to maintain outstanding structural strength even in high-temperature environments. It is used in the production of refractory castables, ramming mixes, hook-shaped refractories, refractory bricks and ceramic products.
Aplicación
- 1 Refractory castables, ramming materials
- 2 Hook-shaped refractory materials, refractory bricks
